Anti-SRC Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and directed against Src, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 410–536 of human Src (NP_005408.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a stated molecular weight of 60 kDa and a lot-specific concentration. Purification is by affinity chromatography, and recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IP 1:50–1:200.
