Anti-SRA1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets SRA1 and is supplied unconjugated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human SRA1. It specifically detects endogenous levels of the SRA1 protein. The antibody is provided as 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Following affinity purification using epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody shows a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and recognises a band at approximately 26 kDa.
