Anti-SR-4 (D47) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against SR-4 and supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 14-66 of human SR-4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SR-4 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target SR-4 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa, and the product is supported by three scientific images.
