Anti-SR-3A (W190) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against SR-3A and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150–200 of Human SR-3A, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of SR-3A protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.
