Anti-SR-2C (Q437) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the SR-2C target, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated applications include WB, IHC and ICC/IF, and the antibody has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400-450 of Human SR-2C, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of SR-2C protein. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 55 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
