Anti-SR-1E (A127) Antibody

A primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against the SR-1E target. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 95-140 of human SR-1E. The reagent detects endogenous levels of SR-1E protein, which has an observed molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
