Anti-SQSTM1 Antibody

Immunisation used recombinant full-length human SQSTM1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the SQSTM1 protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and the target migrates at approximately 62 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as judged by SDS-PAGE. The product is supported by three scientific validation images.
