Anti-SQRDL Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets SQRDL and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 211–450 of human SQRDL (NP_067022.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
