Anti-SQLE Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 143–400 of human SQLE (NP_003120.2) and is affinity purified. The stated molecular weight is 50–64 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
