Anti-SPTLC1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SPTLC1. It is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot, with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000, and is listed for IHC application.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 37–310 of human SPTLC1 (NP_006406.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 53 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
