This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically recognizes Spt3p, a component of the yeast SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5 Acetyltransferase) complex that interacts with TATA-binding protein to modulate transcription initiation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µL liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows against yeast lysates. Store the vial refrigerated at 4 °C; for long-term use, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light.
