Anti-SPRTN Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting SPRTN (Spartan), supplied by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.

The SPRTN target features a SprT-like N-terminal domain and has been mapped to the nucleoplasm with low tissue specificity. The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1-240 of human SPRTN (NP_001010984.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Reported molecular weight is 60 kDa. Recommended western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
