Anti-SPRTN Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against SPRTN (also referred to as Spartan) and is validated for Western blot applications. It shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human SPRTN (NP_001010984.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
