Anti-SPP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets secreted phosphoprotein 1 (SPP1) and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human SPP1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding a preparation that recognizes the endogenous total SPP1 protein. It is provided unconjugated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at −20 °C for long-term stability. Validated applications cover Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with published supporting data on HeLa cell lysates for WB and on paraffin-embedded rat spleen tissue at a 1:100 dilution for IHC. The reagent is reactive with human samples and is intended for research use only.
