Anti-SPN Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CD43 (also known as SPN), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for research use. The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 276-400 of human SPN (NP_003114.1), and the target protein is observed at 115 - 130 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
