Anti-SPK Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-322 of human SPK (NP_060962.2), affinity purified, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 36 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
