Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SPINT2 (HGFA Inhibitor 2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF applications and reacts with human samples, supported by 2 scientific validation images.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 28–197 of human SPINT2 (NP_066925.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 34 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
