Anti-SPINT2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a recombinant human SPINT2 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous SPINT2 in human samples. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and presented in a liquid format suitable for direct labelling or secondary detection workflows. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), making the antibody appropriate for studies of SPINT2 expression at the protein level in cell lysates and fixed-cell preparations. Reactivity has been confirmed for human targets.
