Anti-SPINT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SPINT1 (also referred to as HAI-1) is offered by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 234–513 of human SPINT1 (NP_003701.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
