Anti-Spindlin-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies portfolio, this rabbit-derived reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Spindlin-1 (also referred to as SPIN or Spindlin1) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, allowing clean detection of endogenous levels of the target. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is unconjugated, leaving users free to choose their own labeling strategy. Clonality is polyclonal with an IgG isotype, and the reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
