Anti-SPIN2B Antibody

SPIN2B (Spindlin 2B) is a member of the SPIN/SSTY family of chromatin-associated proteins encoded on the X chromosome, where it sits in a tandem arrangement with its paralog SPIN2A. Members of this family have been studied for their roles as histone methylation readers and as factors linked to transcriptional regulation, chromatin remodeling, and cell cycle progression.
