Anti-SPICE1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SPICE1, a spindle and centriole associated protein (also referenced as CCDC52) localised to the centrosome. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications.

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified. The reported molecular weight is 120 kDa, and recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
