Anti-SPHK2 Antibody

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–165 of human SPHK2 (NP_001191088.1). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
