Anti-SphK2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against sphingosine kinase 2 (SphK2) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from a synthesized peptide corresponding to a region of human SphK2 around the non-phosphorylation site of T614, and it is provided in an unconjugated format suitable for direct labelling. Validated applications include ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.
