Anti-SPHK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting SPHK2, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000, it reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–165 of human SPHK2 (NP_001191088.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 65 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
