Anti-SPHK1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targets SPHK1 and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human SPHK1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of SPHK1 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is affinity-purified to > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.

Alternative unconjugated rabbit polyclonal anti-SPHK1 formats from the same brand broaden the application range. One variant is validated for WB only, is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50-384 of human SPHK1 (NP_001136074.1), is supplied as a liquid in PBS pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide at lot-specific concentration, has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa, and is recommended for use at WB dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000. A further variant is validated for ELISA, IHC, IP and WB, additionally reacts with Monkey, and is raised against a synthetic peptide within amino acid region 50-100 of human SPHK1; it is supplied at 0.64-0.72 µg/µL in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4-7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA, with recommended dilutions of DB 1:10,000, ELISA 1:10,000 and WB 1:500. Both alternative formats are affinity-purified, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
