From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SPHK1 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid. It is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB), with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed as an application, and is supported by 1 scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50-384 of human SPHK1 (NP_001136074.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The product is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. A recommended Western Blot dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is provided.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
