Anti-SPDYA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against SPDYA (also known as Speedy protein A, Speedy-1, Spy1, RINGO A, SPDY1 and Rapid inducer of G2/M progression in oocytes A) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) workflows. The unconjugated IgG antibody is purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen — a recombinant human SPDYA protein — and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 50 µl volume. It detects the endogenous total SPDYA protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use. The reagent is a polyclonal antibody, unconjugated, and is intended for research use only.
