Anti-SPDYA Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human SPDYA protein, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of reagent targeting Speedy/RINGO family member A, a cell-cycle regulator that drives G1/S and G2/M transitions through direct activation of CDK1 and CDK2. It is validated for western blot detection of SPDYA in lysates from human, mouse, and rat cells, and works in immunofluorescence staining of fixed cultured cells, where SPDYA localises to the cytoplasm and, during S phase, accumulates within the nucleus. Because the reagent is unconjugated, it can be paired with any HRP- or fluorophore-labelled secondary antibody, making it a flexible tool for studies of DNA-damage signalling, spermatogenesis, and the SPDYA–CDK axis in oncology and reproductive-biology research. Store at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect antibody titre; for short-term bench use, keep refrigerated at 4 °C. Research use only.
