Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant full length human SPDYA and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and the manufacturer reports that it detects endogenous levels of SPDYA protein.
The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa, and the host antibody isotype is IgG.
