Anti-SPARC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit-derived polyclonal immunoglobulin raised against a recombinant human SPARC (Secreted Protein Acidic and Cysteine Rich) immunogen, enabling detection of the endogenous SPARC protein in native samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to cross-react with human, mouse, and rat SPARC, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species.
