Anti-SPAM1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196596)

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets SPAM1. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 100–300 of human SPAM1 (NP_003108.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 64 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
