Packaged as a 50 µL aliquot, the antibody is validated by the supplier for ELISA, Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and detects endogenous levels of total SPAM1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.
