Anti-SPAG6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SPAG6 is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications at a recommended dilution of 1:500-1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 180-290 of human SPAG6 (NP_758442.1). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Western blot validation images show detection using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution, with lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane and 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST used as blocking buffer.
