SPAG1 is a sperm-associated antigen implicated in the assembly of the outer dynein arm complex of motile cilia, and mutations in the SPAG1 gene are linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit hosts, recognizes human SPAG1, and is supplied as a 200 µl liquid aliquot of IgG. It is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, supporting studies into motile cilia structure, respiratory epithelium biology, and genetic screening for ciliopathy variants. Storage at -20 °C in single-use aliquots preserves activity through multiple freeze-thaw cycles, and the unconjugated format makes the antibody suitable as a primary layer for custom detection labeling in in vitro research use only.
