The Antibodies.com anti-SPACA1 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to recognize sperm acrosome membrane-associated protein 1 (SPACA1), a testis-enriched transmembrane glycoprotein localized to the inner acrosomal membrane of developing spermatids and mature spermatozoa.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on mouse tissue, this IgG isotype reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in an unconjugated format, allowing flexible pairing with secondary labels suited to the experimental design.

SPACA1, also referenced in the literature as SAMP32, has been implicated in the final stages of acrosome biogenesis and in sperm-egg membrane interaction during fertilization, making this antibody a relevant tool for reproductive biology studies of spermatogenesis, globozoospermia, and male infertility models.

For best stability, store the vial refrigerated at 4 °C; for longer-term keeping, aliquot and freeze at -20 °C, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity across multiple experiments.
