Anti-Sp3/4 (G659) Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal against the Sp3/4 (G659) epitope. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 630-680 of human Sp3 and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of Sp3 and Sp4 protein.

Following affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The protein target has a molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications.
