This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the SP100 protein and is offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is raised in Rabbit. According to the manufacturer, the antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human SP100, and the antibody has been purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The product is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody detects endogenous level of total SP100 protein.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
