Anti-SP1 (phospho T739) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised against SP1 phosphorylated at threonine 739. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein SP1 migrates at approximately 90 kDa according to the manufacturer. The immunogen was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T739 of human SP1, and the antibody was affinity purified and supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
