Anti-Sp1 (phospho-T453) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Sp1 phosphorylated at threonine 453. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Sp1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 453. Specificity data indicate the antibody detects endogenous levels of Sp1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr453. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein migrates at ~90 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
