Anti-SOX9 (phospho-S181) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human SOX9 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 181. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of SOX9 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser181, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, with a reported molecular weight of ~56 kDa and >95% purity by SDS-PAGE following affinity purification using the epitope-specific immunogen.
