Anti-SOX9 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com that recognises SOX9. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250–339 of human SOX9 (NP_000337.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
