Anti-SOX8 / 9 / 17 / 18 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human SOX8 / 9 / 17 / 18 and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of total SOX8 / 9 / 17 / 18 protein. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as50 µL of rabbit IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human and mouse samples.
