Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against SOX4 and is validated for Western blot applications in human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human SOX4 (NP_003098.1).
The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The SOX4 target protein has a molecular weight of 46 kDa. Recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:1,000–1:5,000.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
