Anti-Sox2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Sox2, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human Sox2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Sox2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity >95% by SDS-PAGE.
