Anti-SOX2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SOX2 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation (WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP). It detects SOX2 in human, mouse, and rat samples, with the immunogen being a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human SOX2 (NP_003097.1). Recommended working dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:1,000, IHC at 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200, and IP at 1:50-1:200. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography.
