SOX13, a member of the SOXD subfamily of SRY-related HMG-box transcription factors, is the target of this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µL aliquot and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) on human samples. SOX13 contributes to transcriptional regulation relevant to neural development, hair follicle differentiation, and other developmental programs in human tissue. The polyclonal host response yields recognition of multiple epitopes on the SOX13 protein, which supports consistent signal in WB membranes and IF imaging of cultured cells or fixed tissue sections. Investigators working on SOX gene function, developmental biology, or transcription factor signaling can use this primary antibody to probe endogenous SOX13 expression in cell lysates and fixed cellular preparations. Intended for research use only.
