Anti-SOX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against SOX1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supported by two scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 292–391 of human SOX1 (NP_005977.2). The reagent is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with an expected molecular weight of 50 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
