Anti-SOST Antibody

A polyclonal antibody to Sclerostin (SOST) is available from Antibodies.com. Raised as an unconjugated IgG in rabbit, the reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 114–213 of human SOST (NP_079513.1) and is affinity purified. The antibody is validated for Western blot at a recommended working dilution of 1:100–1:500 and is listed for immunohistochemistry use. Reactivity is reported against human and mouse samples, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. One scientific validation image is available for review. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
