Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SOS2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 671–716 of human SOS2 and detects endogenous levels of SOS2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
Affinity-purified using epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody has a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target protein of approximately 153 kDa.
